Democracy Isn't What It Used to Be

South Africa is preparing to go to the polls next week and the mood couldn’t be more different from the excitement of its first democratic election when Nelson Mandela led the African National Congress out of apartheid and into power in 1994.  

This time around, the electorate - of what is now described as a post-Rainbow Nation – is expected to show its discontent with the rate of progress over the last thirty years and return a vote that will unseat the ANC’s absolute majority for the first time.

Maybe you want to sign up as a mentor - and we’d love you to do that as the more caring adults who can spend one-on-one time on a video call every week, the more teens we can reach.

Maybe you don’t have the time for that?  Or maybe it’s not your thing but you’re excited about the work we do to help prepare teens to succeed in school, work, and life, and would like to donate?

We’ve made it as easy as we can. Through Infinite Family’s website, you can make a secure donation with your : credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Crypto,  Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), or stocks.  

If you’re looking for the most tax-efficient way to contribute, US donors will want to know that their donations of stock and cryptocurrency are non-taxable (as long as we have your email address to send you a tax deduction confirmation).
