“Receiving my matric results was a moment of mixed emotions. I was proud of the distinctions I achieved, yet disappointed that my marks in Mathematics and Physical Sciences fell short of the medicine prerequisite. Rather than seeing this as a closed door, I have chosen to adapt my path. My next step is to build a new foundation by pursuing an IT qualification at the College of Cape Town.
