This month, our ambitious leaders had an exciting opportunity to attend the very first Africa Catalyst Conference! Zoleka and Amy were invited as guests of Empowering Change to attend a two-day conference in Pretoria, and the excitement around the office was contagious.
For Zoleka and Amy, this was a chance to connect, learn, and bring fresh energy back to our team. Both have shared how thrilled they were to network with changemakers and innovators while also representing the power of EOS. And it couldn’t come at a better time as it lines up perfectly with where Infinite Family is right now on our EZ Net 3.0 journey. The conversations and connections should spark new ideas and ways to serve our teens even better with the next generation.
Looking at the conference schedule, several sessions were especially relevant to our work, including Ecosystem Collaboration and Building Culture for High-Performing Teams. With group and breakout sessions booked until 9 pm each night, we know they didn’t waste any time! No doubt they’ll come back buzzing with new insights, new colleagues, and hopefully a few great stories too.
