A Xhosa Thank You

July has been a good month and we had another reason to smile when Sindiswa – the mother of our Net Buddy, Anathi – reminded us just how much Infinite Family means to those in our South African community and how much further ripples of kindness and community spread than we might think.

When Sindiswa had to be hospitalised, our staffer Puleng Makhanya checked in regularly to offer support and make sure the whole family was coping.  Once Anathi’s mom recovered, she sent a touching voice note to thank Puleng, saying “Infinite Family is like a second home to my children”.  It sure hit us in the feels and if you click here you’ll not only be able to hear her warm words about the meaningful work YOU help us do but you’ll also have the opportunity to listen to the beautiful sound of Xhosa being spoken.
