Our Net Buddy, Bernard, recently sat down to write a reflective blog post. What he shared is a message for anyone going through a hard season:
“No matter how difficult things seem right now, don’t give up. Every challenge you face is shaping you into a stronger, wiser, and more resilient person. Progress isn’t always fast, and success rarely comes without setbacks, but every step forward matters, even the small ones. Remember that some of the greatest achievements come after moments when quitting seemed easier. Keep believing in yourself, keep learning from your struggles, and keep moving forward. Your current situation is not your final destination. Stay focused, stay determined, and trust that your efforts will pay off. You are capable of more than you realize. Keep going. Your breakthrough may be closer than you think.”

Resourcefulness shows in how they find a way forward, even when the path isn’t clear. Responsibility shows in how they keep showing up for themselves, their families, and their communities. ✨

The Power of Someone in Your Corner 🌍
Through Infinite Family, our Net Buddies in South Africa connect with volunteer Video Mentors around the world through weekly one-on-one video calls. Mentors don’t need to have all the answers. They listen, encourage, and remind our teens that they are capable of more than they realize. 💝
